This 2-tier UNM graduation cake features a plastic graduation cap and diploma, a fondant backed edible of UNM’s classic logo featuring Lobo Louie and some festive fondant cut outs in UNM’s cherry and silver. In the pictured size, this cake will feed 18-24 guests but we can always increase the size to accommodate a larger party.
