This 3-tiered cake features our white buttercream frosting, and bottom white, pearl buttercream borders. Pink fondant is draped around the tops of each tier for a dramatic effect, and adorned with gumpaste cherry blossoms. Pearl spray is added for a dazzling shine, and monogram toppers were used. Colors and toppers can be customized, as well as the type of gumpaste flowers used. This makes an excellent Spring Wedding cake; try it with white cake and cherry filling!
