This unique winter wedding cake features four tiers of  blue and white designs. The top tier is iced in light blue buttercream with white fondant patterns while the second tier is highlighted with fondant drapes. The third tier is covered in blue fondant and is decorated with buttercream  snowflakes and white pearls.
