We created this topsy-turvy cake for a special 85^th birthday. It is three tiers of bright color. The top tier is iced in pink fondant with white stripes and orange polka dots. The middle tier features bright green fondant with green stripes and small white polka dots. The bottom tier flaunts orange and white diamonds. This whole birthday cake is given extra oomph by sky blue and bright yellow sugar daisies and a few beautiful gumpaste tiger lilies.
