Since the new Tim Burton movie came out we have been getting tons of requests for “Alice in Wonderland” themed birthday cakes. This particular two-tier topsy turvy cake is highlighted with a whimsical array of fondant patterns. The bottom tier is decorated with pink and blue stripes, flowers, and a yellow butterfly. Fondant spades, hearts, clubs, and diamonds cascade down from where the Queen of Hearts stands. The White Rabbit is positioned along the balcony while the Mad Hatter and Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum embellish the cake board. The top tier is adorned with pastel diamonds and fondant flowers. The cake toppers include fondant mushrooms, teapot and cup, the Cheshire Cat, and Alice.
