Mexican Wedding Cookies

Made with walnuts and hand-rolled in confectioners sugar, these Mexican wedding cookies melt in your mouth. At ABC Cake Shop we created two other variations to please all tastebuds. For those who prefer almonds, we make Crescents, and for those who crave a richer, sweeter Mexican Wedding Cookie, we created Butternut cookies. They are still made with walnuts but are slightly bigger and have a little added richness.
